Orlando, Florida, is truly a traveler’s paradise. There are tons of things to do in Orlando, and because of this, it is a must-see in my American bucket-list. Fabulous weather, mouth-watering cuisines, and vibrant culture are one of the basic attractions of Orlando. Therefore, after doing thorough research on Orlando, I finally realized why Orlando is a traveler’s paradise in Florida. Orlando has everything that one wants in their ideal vacations from beaches to cruise rides, amusement parks to museums. You can find everything that you have in mind in Orlando, which makes it a dream holiday destination.
After reading many travel diaries and inquiring my friends who visited Orlando, I decided that one should definitely visit theme-parks. Out of all things to do in Orlando visiting some famous theme parks is a must because Orlando has the best theme parks. Orlando is the home of some of the best world-renowned theme parks like Disney, universal studios, etc. Even if you’re not into theme parks than there are tons of other things to do in Orlando as well. For instance, there are many amazing parks and beaches that you should see once you’re in Orlando. Moreover, if you’re a night owl, then Orlando is the perfect place for you as you can enjoy the mesmerizing nightlife of Orlando.With tons of bars and clubs.

As Orlando is the home of world-renown theme parks so, the most famous Orlando attractions are undoubtedly theme parks. If you’re not sure about what to do in Orlando, then you should definitely see my fun things to do in Orlando list. There are many fun things and places to go in Orlando, and out of these, some of the top things to do in Orlando are:
1. Disney World Magic Kingdom:
Disney World Orlando is the world’s first theme park and is still one of the best in the world. Almost 20 million visitors visit Disney world every year. The park is full of Disney inspired shows and parades, rollercoasters, rides and stimulations for adults and kids alike. Once you’re in Disney World, I would recommend that you should definitely see the 10 pm firework display at the park’s Cinderella castle. Disney World is a place worth visiting out of all the Orlando things to do.
2. Universal Island of Adventure:
Universal island of adventure theme park is one of those things to do in Orlando that is for all age groups. It is one of those Orlando Florida attractions which contains the best of Orlando in one place. There are many things worth watching in this theme park, like live stunt shows, themed towers, rollercoasters, and many other adrenaline-rushing rides. The place that I really want to visit in Orlando is the ‘wizarding world of Harry Potter’ that is present in this theme park. Being a harry potter fan since my childhood it the place that I want to visit the most. Moreover, other than harry potter’s wizarding world, you can also visit Jurassic park, toon lagoon, Marvel’s Super Hero Island.
3. SeaWorld Orlando:
Topping the list of things to do in Orlando and places to visit in Orlando is the SeaWorld Orlando. It is probably the best things to do in Orlando besides Disney. SeaWorld is the perfect place for you to visit, especially if you are visiting Orlando with your children. There are many animals shows here where you can see dolphins, seals, and other aquatic animals. Once you are here, I would suggest that you must see the shark tunnel in the sea of shallows and watch the orca where whales display their talents. Another thing that you should watch out for is the ticket prices that vary on weekends and weekdays. Visiting SeaWorld during weekdays in one of the cheap things to do in Orlando that are highly economical.
Aquatica is one of the best of Orlando as Orlando tourist attractions because of its outclass water slides. It has many head-to-head slides, rapids and high-speed flumes making it one of the best things to do in Orlando fl. If you visit Aquatica, I will recommend that you must swim the dolphins in the ‘Dolphin Plunge’ as it is once in a lifetime opportunity. Another major attraction of this water park is the Ihu’s, Breakaway Falls. It is a multidrop tower that drops you into the pools below.

Enjoy a late-night party at Beacham is an experience that you must have before leaving Orlando. Beacham is a nightclub in the heart of Orlando downtown where you can enjoy live music. The building of this club is quite antique dating back to 1920s.
8. Kennedy Space Center:
Kennedy Space Center is the most prominent Orlando Florida entertainment place for science lovers. This space center is now more than a site for NASA to launch their astronauts. At this place, you see the original Apollo Saturn V rocket and huge Atlantis Space Shuttle real close. Moreover, if you want, you can also take a stimulation tour of the atmosphere. It is one of those interesting places in Orlando that I’ll definitely visit. It is one of those things to do around Orlando as it is only 45 mins drive from the downtown.
9. Gatorland Orlando:
Gatorland is a once in a lifetime experience. You can experience meeting alligators really close here. There are tons of shows here daily where you can learn more about these reptiles. Moreover, there’s a small amusement park in it where you can enjoy the famous zipline over the swamps having real gators in it. It is one of those Orlando things to do that you should experience here. If you’re vacationing here than it is one of the places to visit in Orlando.
10. Go go-kart racing in Fun Spot America:
One of the fun things to do in Orlando is to go for a go-kart race in fun spot America. It is a theme park in which you can experience some of the most thrilling rides. Moreover, if you visit during the Halloween season, you will be able to enjoy different Halloween contests and costume parties.

1. Titanic Artifact Exhibition:
If you’re a Leonardo DiCaprio fan, then this place is a must-see in your Orlando itinerary. You can enjoy tours here in which guides act as actual passengers and crew members. You will be able to see the real artifacts of titanic, the famous iconic titanic staircase, a replica stateroom and a recovered ships hull made of steel. At the end of the tour, you will experience the icy water temperatures that the deceased passengers faced before their death.
2. Madame Tussauds:
Madame Tussauds is a world-renown wax museum. Her life-sized wax figures of famous people are the reason for having large tourists’ traffic here. It is a self-guided place; therefore; you can easily spend some quality time on your own. While you are visiting Madame Tussauds make sure to take tons of selfies with your favorite stars.
3. Discovery Cove:
Discovery Cove is another major attraction in Orlando. You can directly interact with aquatic life here like enjoying snorkeling in coral reefs, wading among stingrays, etc. moreover, there’s a large aviary here in which you can easily interact with different birds, enjoy a swim in the tropical pool or go for a swim with dolphins.
4. Orlando Science Center:
The Orlando science center is a topnotch science museum where you can find everything from mechanics to biology along with the latest technology. Many exhibitions are going on here where you can learn a lot. Once you are there, I would recommend you to visit the ‘Kids Town’ exhibition, which is available to small children under 48 inches. There are many lasers shows and film exhibitions here as well.
